Originating from Italy's Abruzzo region—the ancestral home of our owners, the Frattaroli family—polentata is a cherished culinary tradition meant to be enjoyed with loved ones as a shared dining experience.

Historically, polentata was a humble meal for those of modest means in Italy, crafted from corn flour and prepared in a deep pot with constant stirring. Once ready, it was poured directly onto the dining table, creating a communal meal without the need for plates.

At Ducali, we've reimagined polentata with modern twists, adding fresh ingredients and an engaging tableside presentation.
